Yes. Your Digital Vault goes beyond document storage. It organizes your intentions, assigns delegates, and provides secure, anytime access to the information your loved ones will need when you’re no longer there to guide them.

Absolutely. Your Digital Vault follows the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and our cloud infrastructure is FedRAMP certified. Your data is encrypted, your password is never stored, and only you can access your vault using one-time recovery keys.

Only you. YDVault staff can view your user profile but never your documents, assets, or stored information.

At sign-up, you’ll receive eight one-time-use recovery keys. These are required to reset your password. YDVault cannot reset or access your account — only you can. So keep these in a secure spot alongside your vault

Your assigned delegates will be given access only after Your Digital Vault confirms the event through a secure verification process.

1. You assign trusted delegates.
2. A delegate reports the event via their portal.
3. We attempt to reach you directly.
4. If no response, we contact all delegates for confirmation.
5. Documentation (e.g., a death certificate) is required.
6. Once verified, information is securely released to delegates.
