Your Digital Vault started from deeply personal experiences. During times of crisis, our founders saw how stressful and chaotic it could be to manage critical documents. As a result, they set out to build a better way to give people control, even under pressure.

Paul Adams

President and Co-Founder of Your Digital Vault

With over 25 years of experience bridging technology, finance, and management, Paul Adams brings a rare blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership to Your Digital Vault. His career has spanned diverse roles including financial planning and analysis, product quality and risk management, engineering leadership, logistics, vendor relations, and customer service — all underscored by a steadfast commitment to innovation and excellence.

But beyond the impressive resume, Paul’s true drive comes from personal experience. Watching loved ones navigate the complexities of aging, health challenges, and financial planning sparked a deeply personal mission: to create a solution that brings clarity, security, and peace of mind to families facing life’s uncertainties.

Paul saw firsthand how difficult it was for families to coordinate critical documents, track expenses, and securely share sensitive information among lawyers, financial planners, care advisors, and loved ones — especially in urgent situations. Paper documents locked away in safes, or scattered across multiple locations, offered little help when immediate access was needed from afar.

This real-world problem inspired Paul and his co-founders to develop Your Digital Vault — a cloud-based platform designed to centralize and safeguard all essential information, making it accessible anytime, anywhere, with complete privacy and control. Your Digital Vault isn’t just a product; it’s a response to a universal need Paul deeply understands because it impacted him, his family, and friends.

Ryan White

CEO and Co-Founder Your Digital Vault

Ryan White, CEO and Co-Founder of Your Digital Vault, brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial drive, healthcare expertise, and deep personal commitment to the company’s mission. Born and raised in Connecticut, Ryan’s academic journey took him through Seton Hall University and Saint Anselm College, where he cultivated a foundation that would fuel his future ventures.

Ryan launched his career in Massachusetts, where he founded and grew two successful businesses: a construction company and a medical and hospital integration firm. Both ventures quickly gained momentum, serving clients across the East Coast and establishing Ryan’s reputation as a capable and innovative entrepreneur.

Fifteen years ago, Ryan moved to San Francisco to deepen his involvement in healthcare, working closely with hospitals across the city. His extensive experience in healthcare operations and systems gave him a front-row seat to the complexities families face when managing critical information during medical crises.

Your Digital Vault was born from one of those moments. When a close friend received a sudden terminal diagnosis, Ryan witnessed firsthand the chaos and heartbreak her family endured—not just emotionally, but practically—as they struggled for over a year to locate and organize essential documents like bills, insurance policies, taxes, passwords, and subscriptions. Watching his friend’s family battle banks and service providers instead of grieving together was a profound catalyst for Ryan.

Determined to prevent other families from facing that overwhelming stress, Ryan co-founded Your Digital Vault. His vision is clear: to empower individuals and families with a secure, simple way to organize and access their vital information, so that when life’s toughest moments come, they can focus on what truly matters—being with the people they love.
