At Your Digital Vault (YDVault), we are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service and expertise, especially in this difficult time. In the case of an account holder's passing it will make the information collection process quicker and smoother. YDVault is here to help alleviate the stress associated with the search of a loved one's important documentation and assets.
- Once YDVault has been notified that a Primary account holder has passed we will start the verification process.
- YDVault requires a copy of the death certificate and a signed Information Release form to allow access to the account information.
- Only approved delegates will be granted access to data in an account.
In Case of a Life Altering Event
Life changing events are also sensitive and difficult to adjust to. If someone has an event that changes their life style dramatically or takes them from their home, having a YDVault account will mitigate the process for those responsible for arrangements and care.
- Once Your Digital Vault has been notified that a Primary account holder has had a life changing event occur we will start the verification process.
- Your Digital Vault requires a signed Information Release form to start the Life Changing Event process. We will attempt to contact the Primary account holder to verify current events. We will also contact the approved delegates to ensure accuracy.
- Only approved delegates will be granted access once an event is approved.
