Delegates are appointed, trusted advisors, close relatives, or persons that are deemed trustworthy and able to look after your account’s affairs, should a life altering event occur. A delegate’s primary responsibility is to trigger an event if necessary and collect the data from your account.
Delegates are able to trigger events in the Your Digital Vault (YDVault) portal. They will be granted access to the account once the event has been confirmed by YDVault.
